How did you choose your Pinup name?
I came across my name in January 2017 when i was entering my first competition here in Canterbury, NZ. It was at Muscle Car Madness. I was juggling names around in my head then thought I might try a play on words. And being how cheeky i can be, came up with Miss Cheivous.
Why do you love pinup?
I love doing pinup because it doesnt matter shape, size etc everyone looks fabulous in it. The clothes are amazing and it just makes you feel like a million dollars.
What’s your favourite aspect of the Pinup and Rockabilly subculture?
My favourite aspect would have to be the accessories. You can never have too many accessories
When did you know that pinup was the right thing for you?
I knew pinup was for me as soon as i stepped into a pinup store here in Christchurch. Everything just sat nicely on me and I felt like i could take on the world.
What advice would you like to give to new pinups?
Advice for anyone getting into pinup. Just come along and give it a go. Ask others advice people are happy to help you no matter what stage your at.
